so i have all about 7 minutes sorry this will be quick.

So this week was great i got to go on another, exchange with Elders in Nitra my second area and that was really cool i also got to see the new building there which is awesome and bigger and it is amazing that there has been so much growth and developement of the church there. I love seeing this church grow here it is amazing to me.

Anyways on other news we will be having Elder Kearon here from the 70 this week and we get a training from him. We also will get a special one as leaders in prague on friday and we have an exchange with some elders tomorrow so we have a full week but it will be so much fun and so worth it.

I want to let you know one thing that i have learned this week and that is to make goals and actually stick with them in the Goal section of Preach my Gospel it has an amazing quote. Please read it and then remember that making goals is not enough we have to stick to them. A goal not written down is just a dream. Make a goal that is important to you, it can be small, it can be simple, it can be to just be happy everyday, but make it make a plan for it and then stick to it. please i know that it will help you see growth in the Gospel and in your personal Life.

When life gets hard and you feel that Satan is working as hard as he can against you. remember that that means there is something amazing right around the corner that you need to be prepared for spiritually and physically and Satan is just trying to stop you. So kick him to the kurb, Pray and then act you will get help and an answer we just need to show that you will do all it takes to not only hold on but press on.

OH MAN we have had a great week. Even though numbers may not show it, we talked with a lot of people and we even got to go to prague for a special training from president McConkie as leaders, it was so cool. I loved every second of it.

We got to talk to this really cool women the other day who doesnt believe because she wants taught to believe in God. We talked with her for a bit and then i sat next to her and we shared a verse from the Book of Mormon with her. she excepted one and it was really cool. we are going to call her on wednesday and see when she can meet. She asked us lots of questions and by the end we were all really excited to meet again so hopefully she will have time sooner then later. we shared 2 nephi 2 13 i think it was about experienceing good and bad. It went really well.

WE also had a branch activity, it was like the picnics in the park and it was a lot of fun we played futball and had tones of food and it was awesome.

I think the three highlights were these three things the training the picnic and the women we found.

It was truely a great week and i am so looking forward to another wonderful week.

anyways hope you are all doing well and are healthy

5-11-2015 Pictures

back to trencin

and thats my companion oh ya go Elder Garner

Christian site in Bratislava

So this week i have run out of time but wanted to send pictures mostly so it works out. We had an exchange and i was back in trencin that was weird but so cool and we had another with the assistence to the president. Also the missionaries in Bratislava got a little time to talk with Elder Alder from the 3rd quoarm of the 70. It was so cool and we got to talk about what we need to grow and we got to ask him questions and it is just an amazing thing to be a missionary. He is a great elder and you can just tell that he loves it.
The quick spiritual thought this week is this. You have a little LET IT SHINE. :) this is small and simple but it has a whole world of meaning. This week the commitment is to study christ and let him shine through you. Hold you light up and let it shine.
i love you all sorry its so short but we have to go so hope you are all well and know that i love you all.

So this week I want to write really fast so that you all know what has been happening.

Man we had an amazing week of busyness (dont even know if thats a real word but o well.)

We had an amazing training on thursday that was about teaching with members and explaining what Baptism is. Man it was a mind blower because it was so simple yet so amazingly life changing that it really helped me find a way to explain what baptism is before actually saying baptism. Baptism is a covenant with God. We talked about sometimes when we say baptism people think that we mean just coming into another church, other times it is something that their parents did for them. I am here to tell you that Baptism is a life changing thing and it is truely amazing that God has not only restored the way to Baptize but also his power to Baptize. These are truely amazing things.

Anyways we ended up having to do a lot of waiting at the building and for meeting and it seems like at the end Elder Garner said were not here to wait we are here to find and teach :) that was a mind blower for me. I mean i knew that but he just said it and it was a great powerful statement. However the Lord has a sense of humor and we ended up going to the Foreign police today to work on some visa stuff and we waited there for 4 hours, still have been able to get everything in but it is funny then we waited in longer then normal lines at the stores and everything as well and it was really funny. It made me laugh and i just looked to Elder Garner and told him oh man i know we are not here to wait but it seems like that is all we have done today. He was like no kidding. It was really funny, Him and I have a lot of things that are alike and i am so glad to get to serve with him.

Also we got his drivers licence this week so now we get to drive for at least the next 40 days for exchanges and that will be really helpful so that we can get to the different cities faster.

Next week we have an exchange with the assistents and then the next day one in trencin.

Anyways, also studied this morning and found something for you all. For me it jumped out as the secret to happiness and its that we are nothing. Mosiah 4 11 Not exactly that but that we need to rely on God and that he will lift us. We need to forget ourselves and that was it. He then talks about the blessing so the commitment this week is to read mosiah 4 it truely is great.

anyways i love you all and hope you see the amazing miracles this week.
